Let children count the number of beads one or 2 beads at a time for older children and begin counting from 1 upto100 depending on each child's capability. Counting with objects create concrete thinking, thus forming a good fundamental for mathematics.
Elders can also guide children to count the same color beads as specified and take turns. This will help develop learning new mathematical vocabulary such as colors name, numeration and comparison (equal to, more than or less than).
